Useful Information
Organ won't turn on
No sound
Surge protection
This is usually because the organ console is not getting power.  Check all the power cord connections AND confirm that the power outlet is live.  If the organ still won't turn on, then the issue is probably in the organ itself and a service call is necessary.
When the organ turns on but there is no sound in the external speakers, this is often because the amplifier is not getting power.  Check that it is plugged in and that the electrical circuit has power.  A tripped circuit breaker is usually the culprit when there is no sound in the external speakers.  Tip: if the organ plays normally when using headphones, the lack of external sound is most likely because the amplifier(s) do not have power.
Power surges can cause extensive and expensive damage to any digital organ.  We recommend the Furman AC-215A Power Conditioner to protect your organ.  In addition to robust protection from damaging power spikes, the AC-215A provides continuous power conditioning for optimal electronic performance.  Click here for information at Sweetwater.com.
Top half of pedal board does not play when using some orchestral voices
Music rack lighting
This is actually a feature that enables the F# pedal to function as a sustain pedal for certain voices.  This feature can be turned on or off.  Click here further details and instructions.
Rodgers digital organs built prior to 2011 use incandescent lamps in the music rack that burn out.  If that's the only thing your organ needs, it's not worth a service call to fix, but you can do it yourself--the lamps are easy to replace.  FB-33 lamps are available here.

If you wish to upgrade to external overhead LED lighting we recommend a lamp from Ektralamp.
