Organ Rental Highlights
- Reservations accepted up to one year in advance
- Instrument availability is guaranteed for dates reserved
- Cartage provided throughout Southern and Central California
- 28-speaker / 3,500-watt state-of-the-art mobile audio system suitable for auditoriums up to 2,500 seats–smaller audio systems are available as needed / larger auditoriums can be accommodated (we’ve handled arenas and auditoriums seating 5,000+)
- Portativ organ / harpsichord available for pick up and return to our Sherman Oaks studio
- Organist guide available via e-mail that explains the performance features of our rental organs
To inquire about availability of the Infinity organ or portativ organ/harpsichord, send an email to nelson@churchkeyboard with the following information:
- Which organ you need (Infinity or portativ)
- Dates for your event (start and end dates)
- Name of organization
- Name/description of the event
- Location/venue
Rental requests are also accepted via phone--call 909 599 7899.
If your dates are available we will tentatively reserve them and email you a confirmation showing the details you submitted and the total cost for the rental (rental fee, cartage, and sales tax). Upon confirmation of all rental details you will receive a contract for electronic signature via Adobe Sign.
